YOUR MAY 18, 2018 PAYCHECK IS NOW VIEWABLE UNDER "PAY/TAXES"

Please look closely at your paycheck and report any discrepancies immediately to the Payroll Office.
 

THE 2017 W-2'S ARE NOW VIEWABLE IN IVISIONS. 

Go to Pay/Taxes-->Employee W-2-->W-2 Information 2017

Update your Contact and Address information in iVisions ==> Self Service==> Contact Information and Emergency Contacts

The 2017-2018 Salary Schedules can be found in iVisions ==> Pay/Tax Information ==> Salary Schedules
The 2017-2018 Work Calendars can be found in iVisions ==> Pay/Tax Information ==> Work Calendars

 

BENEFITS:
Looking to complete your Initial Enrollment or Annual Open Enrollment benefit process?
Visit: Benefit tab ==> HR Benefits Enrollment.
Initial Enrollment Deadline: The 1st of the month following your approved partial / full time start date.  

Annual Open Enrollment Period: July 20th - August 20th.
Note: All partial benefited and full benefited employees must complete both processes, even if waiving.

Once logged in, you will have access to the following:

  • Self Services - view and change address and emergency contact information, view pay history and W-2 information.
  • My Staff - Directors, Principals, and Supervisors can view important staff information.

  • Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Passwords must contain at least 7 characters.
