All Employees: Your NOVEMBER 20, 2018 paycheck is now available for viewing.  

Please look closely at your paycheck and report any discrepancies immediately to the Payroll Office.

PLEASE BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS BY THE END OF DECEMBER TO RECEIVE YOUR W-2 IN THE MAIL!

IMPORTANT TAX NOTICE

The State of Idaho has updated the State Tax Withholding Tables as of July 2018 which may reduce the amount you pay in State taxes. 

All employees are strongly encouraged to review these changes at: 

https://tax.idaho.gov/i-2033.cfm?panel=y

(Specifically page 20 which explains that Line 5 on the W-4 should now contain the number of Idaho Child Tax Credit

Allowances you plan to claim on your taxes). Unlike the Federal W-4 that has you put the number of allowances you claim,

the State W-4 has you put the number of dependents that you have that qualify as an Idaho Child Tax Credit on your taxes.

BENEFITS: Looking to complete your Initial Enrollment benefit process?? All partial benefited and full benefited employees are required to complete this annual process, even if waiving.

Enrollment Process: iVisions ===> Benefit tab ===> HR Benefits Enrollment
Initial Enrollment Deadline: The 1st of the month following your approved partial / full time start date.

  • Self Services - View and change address and emergency contact information. View pay history.
    • Update your Contact and Address information in iVisions ===> Self Services ===> Contact Information and Emergency Contacts.
  • My Staff - Directors, Principals, and Supervisors can view important staff information.
  • Benefits - Benefit Important News, Benefit Plans and Programs, and HR Benefit Enrollment
